
We each go through different seasons in life. Some seasons are harder and wear us down while others strengthen and fortify us. Inner seasons acknowledges that you are an intricate person with richness in layers and complexities in experience. The tree dark represents the resilience and unique strength it takes to go through life.
For individual services, I utilize a trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive approach tailored to you to address your needs and tackle emerging issues we encounter. I am trained to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as needed. I provide couples counseling for couples in various stages of their relationship through the use of the Gottman method.
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy and compassion with of bit of directness and humor to drive forth change. My therapeutic style is influenced by CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Psychodynamic, and narrative therapy. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their deepest thoughts and honor their feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive. My goal is to make you feel fully seen and heard.
